Christopher Balkaran is an explorer of complex global issues and master at engaging with diverse thought leaders. Raised in Scarborough, just outside Toronto, his journey began at Carleton University where he delved into Public Policy, shaping his understanding of the societal constructs that influence our world.
In 2018, Christopher ventured into the world of podcasts, driven by a desire to fill a noticeable void in the digital discourse. Unlike traditional platforms that often echo their host’s viewpoints or persuade listeners toward a particular stance, Christopher envisioned a podcast that was genuinely exploratory. The Open Minds Podcast offers balanced discussions, shedding light on polarizing topics without succumbing to the usual biases.
